Job Description:

Partnering with a fantastic organization in the heart of Denver, CO, looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for professional growth/advancement and to join a caring, and driven team that provides for a great work environment.

Job Responsibility:

coding invoices
intercompany reporting/reconciliations
preparing schedules for the annual audits
bank reconciliations
reviewing grants
preparing financial statements
explaining variances
AP/AR
general ledger accounting

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of accounting experience
Real estate industry experience, a plus, but not required

Nice to have:

Real estate industry experience
