We’re looking for an experienced and influential Senior SSHEQ Advisor to lead high‑impact safety, sustainability, and quality initiatives across our projects and operations. If you thrive in environments where your technical expertise, sound judgement, and ability to influence others drive real operational excellence, this role offers the scope and autonomy you’re looking for. As a key member of our SSHEQ team, you’ll provide expert guidance, lead complex audits and investigations, support high‑risk activities, and champion sustainability across the business. You’ll play a central role in shaping our SSHEQ strategy, mentoring colleagues, and embedding a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead SSHEQ initiatives, audits, investigations, and improvement programmes
  • Provide expert advice on high‑risk activities, RAMS, and compliance
  • Drive sustainability, environmental performance, and carbon reduction
  • Analyse SSHEQ data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Mentor and support teams across multiple sites and projects

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
  • Tech IOSH
  • Associate Member of IEMA
  • NRSWA, CSCS
  • Lead/Internal Auditor training
  • Full UK driving licence
