Job Description:

Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the organization to pool internal resources and develop winning sponsorship proposals
  • Develop strategic partnerships: Identify and engage potential sponsors to establish long-term relationships
  • Craft compelling sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives and deliver mutual benefits
  • Maximize revenue potential: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sponsorship strategies, negotiating favorable deals, and leveraging existing sponsor relationships
  • Ensure successful delivery: Oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor sponsor satisfaction: Proactively communicate with sponsors to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales
  • A strong list of direct client and agency contacts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to effectively deliver proposals and run client meetings
  • An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
  • Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
  • Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
