We are looking for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to scale Sponsorships across our experiences. Based in Australia, the role will work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth across the supply side of the business internationally. Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pool internal resources and develop winning sponsorship proposals
Develop strategic partnerships and identify potential sponsors
Craft compelling sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives and deliver mutual benefits
Maximize revenue potential by implementing effective sponsorship strategies
Ensure successful delivery of sponsorship agreements
Monitor sponsor satisfaction and provide reports on ROI and deliverables
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales
A strong list of direct client and agency contacts
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to effectively deliver proposals and run client meetings
An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
Comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
