Fever has a unique offering for clients. As a result we have worked with top-tier brands across many verticals. Our slate of Fever Originals and Official Partnerships events is growing fast, so we’re looking for someone to scale Sponsorships across our experiences. Based in Australia, the role will see them working closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth across the supply side of the business internationally.
Job Responsibility
Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales, and event operations, to pool internal resources and develop winning sponsorship proposals
Develop strategic partnerships: Identify and engage potential sponsors to establish long-term relationships
Craft compelling sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives and deliver mutual benefits
Maximize revenue potential: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sponsorship strategies, negotiating favorable deals, and leveraging existing sponsor relationships. Constantly seek opportunities to upsell and expand sponsorship portfolios
Ensure successful delivery: Oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments are met in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver sponsor benefits, activations, and experiential opportunities
Monitor sponsor satisfaction: Proactively communicate with sponsors to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. Regularly evaluate sponsorship performance and provide reports on ROI and deliverables
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales
A strong list of direct client and agency contacts
Excellent presentation and communication skills
An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
Comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
