Job Description:

This is a client-facing sales role focused on business development within the Johor (Southern) market. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint by building and maintaining strong relationships with interior designers, renovation contractors, and carpenters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive new business development within the Johor region
  • Promote and present premium sintered stone products to B2B clients
  • Identify and engage interior designers, renovation contractors, and related professionals
  • Prepare quotations, manage client accounts, and follow up on project requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
  • Work closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Attend product training sessions and updates to improve technical knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in building materials, interior design, or renovation industries
  • Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience
  • Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Independent, self-driven, and comfortable with outdoor / field sales
  • Own transport and willing to travel across Johor

Nice to have:

Experience with countertop materials or interior surfaces is an advantage
