Job Description:

Senior Specialty Software Engineer position at Wells Fargo Technology to help build IT systems and infrastructure for the company's global customers. The role involves technical leadership, software development, and collaboration across teams to support Wells Fargo's technology strategy and banking channels.

Job Responsibility:

Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Drive projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field
4 years of experience in software or application development and engineering
Experience with software development lifecycle
Experience with one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata, Mongo DB, or DB2
Experience with SAS or SQL
Experience with Java/J2EE
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with RESTful or SOAP web services
Experience with Anthill or Jenkins
Experience with Linux or UNIX
Experience with Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and performance tuning
Experience with Urbancode Deploy
Experience in Jira
Experience with Application Logging Control tools
Experience with Maven, Oracle, or SVN
Experience in application performance, monitoring and optimization tools Blazemeter, Splunk, or AppDynamics
Experience in Application Programming Interface (API) or User Interface (UI) design and development
Experience in automations and unit testing using Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, or Jmeter
Experience in application or software security such as web application penetration testing, secure code review, or secure static code analysis
