Job Description:

As a Senior Specialized Sales Professional Services, you’ll focus on building strategic relationships, driving business growth, translating customer needs into expert-led staffing opportunities, and positioning Inetum as a digital workforce enabler. Responsibilities include leading accounts, managing the sales cycle, addressing client goals, shifting focuses to value-driven approaches, advocating for managed staffing, and presenting suitable candidates to customer demands. Job Responsibility:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and C-level stakeholders
  • drive business growth through a consultative, value-driven, and high-paced sales approach
  • translate customer needs into expert-led, tech-aligned staffing opportunities
  • position Inetum as a digital workforce enabler
  • lead a portfolio of accounts with a structured, strategic approach
  • manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to execution within a professional services context
  • understand client goals and match them with Inetum’s capabilities and expert community
  • shift client focus from 'time and cost' to 'task and value'
  • collaborate cross-functionally to create new business opportunities and synergies
  • advocate for managed staffing and structured team approaches over transactional sourcing
  • present potentially matching candidates to customer demands

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT staffing or professional services
  • confident communicator in Dutch and/or French, and English
  • customer-first mindset, focused on long-term value creation
  • entrepreneurial and results-driven
  • skilled in stakeholder management within complex DMUs
  • excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
