Job Responsibility:
Process and help with service tickets, support items
Help train new employees and monitoring team performance
Bring your time management and organizational skills to forecast and provide advice to teams
Ensure customer data safety and privacy
Requirements:
6 months or more data analysis experience
Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
Team building and nurturing an inclusive environment
A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers
Engage and support the team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting
