We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards to join the Global Total Rewards team in Barcelona on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our brands
  • Work closely with people partners, talent acquisition teams and business leaders to align their teams with the regional and global TR strategy
  • Drive and communicate the Total Rewards processes within your business area, ensuring agility and data accuracy at every step
  • Use systems like Workday to run seamless pay review cycles, ensuring the process is efficient and data-driven
  • Provide comprehensive data insights that help leaders make informed decisions about their people
  • Ensure the adoption of the global TR strategy across all entities you support, maintaining compliance and consistency
  • Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network
  • Support the regional benefits strategy to ensure we offer the best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at the best possible cost
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Total Rewards, specifically within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments
  • Strong analytical, project management and/or data analysis skills (e.g., MS Excel or Google Sheet)
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Expert in training and explaining Reward to employees
  • Know how to find a key to every person, and know how to build strong relationships with your stakeholders
