Job Responsibility
Evaluates screened blue-collar candidates and formulates a decision on whether to proceed on to the next steps in the placement process
Works closely with business, talent acquisition and human resources leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment through all aspects of the recruitment funnel, focusing on short-term development and career conversations
Keeps abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out to the targeted candidates, focusing on both online and offline candidate engagement strategies
Develops and maintains an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in, such as logistics, call and contact centers, retail, and hospitality and events
Handles escalated candidate and client issues, focusing on small- and mid-sized client needs
Develops and maintains relationships with blue-collar candidates, and seeks referrals of other candidates, particularly for temporary workers
Ensures a positive experience throughout the placement process
Prepares CVs and write-ups with accurate descriptions of candidate skills, tailored to emphasize their fit for blue-collars roles, to forward to consultants
Requirements
Working knowledge of own discipline
Basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
Knowledge of the company, processes and customers
Ability to perform a range of assignments related to discipline
Ability to use prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems
