Job Responsibility

  • Reviews and shortlists candidate CVs to present the most qualified candidates to clients, focusing on operational candidates and contingent workers
  • Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client, ensuring timely completion and review to fulfill high-volume staffing needs
  • Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations for operational job opportunities
  • Utilizes multiple sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements for the required roles accurately
  • Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions
  • Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations around job security, income continuity, and career path customization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities
  • Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings by proactive sourcing and engaging in conversation around candidate's long-term development goals
