This position is an individual contributor role within the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement Team. In this role, you will provide disciplined management of capacity planning, resourcing and funding priorities across Global Talent Acquisition while partnering with Strategy & Enablement colleagues, TA leadership, and Finance. Your operational and analytical support will ensure alignment between leadership priorities, organizational capacity, and funding, enabling effective decision making in support of our strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a trusted partner to Global Talent Acquisition by owning, validating, and analyzing datasets across resourcing and other operational excellence priorities that will drive stewardship and decision making
Own ongoing headcount and capacity tracking processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while refining insights that will shape Talent Acquisition strategy. Refine metrics and standards to deliver measurable improvements in planning and delivery globally
Support partnership with Finance and business stakeholders by ensuring incremental funding allocations are accurately tracked and aligned to approved plans for usage
Translate complex workforce and financial information into clear, actionable insights for organizational design and recruitment delivery
Develop and maintain documentation that will scale governance of our operational excellence priorities while ensuring transparency and auditability
Partner with Strategy & Enablement colleagues to improve tracking tools, processes, and controls
Handle highly sensitive and confidential workforce, financial, and organizational data with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Requirements:
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Ability to optimize workforce processes using data-driven insights and structured problem solving
Workforce Planning & Financial Acumen: Prior experience in workforce planning, workforce transformation, capacity management, headcount tracking, or funding/budget management within a complex organization
Trusted Partner: Proven ability as a trusted partner in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a closely related function, applying sound judgment, discretion, and a deep understanding of HR compliance and sensitivities
Advanced Analytical Capability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a bias toward data accuracy and consistency
Technical Proficiency with People Data: Proficiency in the use of Excel and data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to extract, analyze, and synthesize complex HRIS data
Executive Communication & Influence: Ability to leverage executive presence and cross-functional communication skills to drive alignment and understanding
Execution-Focused Prioritization: Self-directed, organized collaborator with the ability to manage risks and competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
