The Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement team is looking for a Senior Specialist to support the execution of global talent acquisition initiatives, with a focus on technology enablement, user experience, and consultative problem solving. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement, this role helps optimize the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate cross‑regional projects by shaping solution design and prioritization, leveraging advisory expertise and strong collaboration to deliver scalable, data‑informed, user‑centric solutions.
Support technology enhancements and drive successful global adoption of new tools and practices
Partner across regions to ensure solutions are aligned, practical, and built for scale
Requirements:
Technology enablement & optimization: Partner on the implementation and enhancement of global TA technologies, including UX improvements, AI‑driven capabilities, and scalable adoption across regions
Innovation & experimentation: Pilot and scale innovative hiring solutions, including skills‑based and forward‑looking recruiting approaches
Program & project management: Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of TA initiatives, including planning, tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Operational support & troubleshooting: Manage issue escalation, platform troubleshooting, vendor coordination, onboarding materials, and documentation with attention to compliance and user experience.
Recruitment technology expertise: Demonstrate experience supporting ATS and recruitment platforms in scalable, compliant environments (Workday ATS strongly preferred).
Consultative problem‑solving: Structured, outcomes‑oriented mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions.
Stakeholder influence & global collaboration: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization
Strategic execution balance: Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Data‑informed decision making: Applies data and insights to drive continuous improvement and sound decision‑making.
Communication & collaboration: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with strong project coordination capabilities
