Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing and localizing sales enablement programs that ensure consistent adoption of global commercial strategy while meeting regional market needs. This role drives sales readiness, competitive positioning, and platform governance to improve sales effectiveness and accelerate growth in high‑growth and emerging markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute and localize sales enablement programs and content aligned to global commercial standard work and regional business requirements in high‑growth markets
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to develop and maintain competitive enablement assets, including value messaging frameworks, product positioning tools, and battle cards supporting priority go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Systematically collect and synthesize Voice of Customer, Voice of Failure, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insights from regional sales teams to identify gaps and opportunities across enablement content, training, and tools
  • translate insights and performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Enablement Manager to maintain scalable enablement processes and platforms, executing onboarding and readiness programs that reinforce global standard work while driving local adoption and continuous improvement
  • Apply DBS principles to identify root causes and prioritize improvements in support of operational excellence initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and enablement maturity assessments
  • Support compliant engagement with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders in partnership with Marketing and Clinical teams to enhance market credibility and enablement effectiveness, where applicable
  • Assist in the rollout of regional marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with cross‑functional teams to maximize commercial impact

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing within healthcare, life sciences, or a related regulated industry
  • Experience supporting high‑growth or emerging markets, balancing global standard work with local market requirements
  • Experience supporting sales readiness, onboarding, training, or change adoption initiatives
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to influence cross‑functionally and partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Compliance, and external vendors
  • Proven ability to execute with discipline, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10–20%, including occasional overnight and international travel, as required
