The Process Manager does this by engaging both with clients and account management teams to actively work on projects and ensure current reporting structures are adhered to. Requirements:
Proven experience of developing relationships at all levels
Wide-ranging skill-set in business process management, data, systems and technology
Previous experience working with a business analyst, workforce analyst or process manager role required
