The process manager is responsible for supporting a specific group of Randstad clients and onsite teams with client specific projects, creating and managing complex reporting and design, improving and reviewing workflow and process. The Process Manager does this by engaging both with clients and account management teams to actively work on projects and ensure current reporting structures are adhered to. They are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality of the service to our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the administration team
Onboarding, development and training of administration team members
Ensure execution of on time deliverables through effective leadership of administration team
Ensure 100% compliance to client standards through daily, weekly, monthly audits
Lead and manage all resources effectively to achieve national Amazon reporting, compliance, administrative requirements
Assist with recruitment activities during hiring periods - screening, selection, placement
Work with the Resourcing team leader to develop and improve recruitment workflow process
Ensure that daily workforce management tasks are completed by the administration team - rostering, booking, candidate care, payroll issues etc
Provide general support and coverage for resourcing and onsite teams when required
Responsible for existing reporting across both client account and Randstad internal
Ensuring all client reporting requirements are adhered to
Responsible for ongoing maintenance and review of reporting, audit reports and general support for the account management team
Work together with the site teams on tracking and reporting daily/weekly/monthly metrics as required by client
Design and implement new/additional client reporting functions
Work closely with client and site teams to review and improve reporting/compliance gaps
Provide key metrics and data to key account/s in the form of spreadsheets, presentations and technology dashboards
Ensure data integrity of internal reporting and tracking tools
Project management and implementation of any new auditing/compliance/reporting process
Assist with continuous improvement of workflow process across all functions of the key account/s
Engaging with the account management team on high level strategies to secure the account and improve overall position
Ensure auditing requirements are met and assist with automation of compliance reporting
Working closely with both the client stakeholders and account management team to close any gaps that arise through the auditing process
Leverage internal stakeholders to assist with automation of current and new auditing requirements
Ensure 100% compliance to client standards
Requirements:
Proven experience of developing relationships at all levels
wide-ranging skill-set in business process management, data, systems and technology
previous experience working with a business analyst, workforce analyst or process manager role required
high attention to detail
proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
