To implement the company's Learning and Development strategy
To manage the Learning and Development of the workforce
To assess the skills and knowledge gaps within the company
To manage the capability assessment and building of an organisation's identified talent
To develop and implement an effective Talent Management plan strategy
To liaise with HR Business Partners, other HR centres of expertise, key business stakeholders and representation of Vodacom and external organisations in identifying critical talent

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or B-Tech in Human Resources Management plus 3 years relevant work experience
Diploma in Human Resources Management plus 5 years relevant work experience
