Job Responsibility

  • To implement the company's Learning and Development strategy
  • To manage the Learning and Development of the workforce
  • To assess the skills and knowledge gaps within the company
  • To manage the capability assessment and building of an organisation's identified talent
  • To develop and implement an effective Talent Management plan strategy
  • To liaise with HR Business Partners, other HR centres of expertise, key business stakeholders and representation of Vodacom and external organisations in identifying critical talent
  • To partner with Business to assess the skills and knowledge required for future roles within the company in line with the company strategy
  • To manage the performance management process
  • To develop, implement and monitor programs that promote diversity & inclusion within the company
  • To liaise with diversity and inclusion centres of expertise, key business stakeholders and representation of Vodacom and external organisations in order to keep current on diversity programs and developments

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or B-Tech in Human Resources Management plus 3 years relevant work experience
