Job Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions mainly using UiPath Studio to automate recruitment, mid- and back-office processes
Create automations to bridge data between systems (SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace, legacy) or portals where integration is not feasible
Act as the proactive supporter for bot failures, selector refactoring, and process exceptions
Monitoring of UiPath Orchestrator logs and mail alerts
identify and resolve transaction failures, credential issues, or environment-related bottlenecks
Maintain the development and production environments with software updates and security patches
Create and maintain PDD (Process Definition) and SDD (Solution Design) documentation together with Process Analysts
support version control and deployments via GitLab
Requirements
5+ years of professional RPA development with UiPath
Good knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and ideally REFramework
Advanced handling of dynamic selectors, specifically within SAP, Salesforce and Google Workspace
Ability to analyze manual business processes and design stable, scalable automated workflows together with process owners and end user
Proficiency in handling JSON/XML for API calls within bots and advanced data manipulation using appropriate tools like PYTHON, App Script and others
Understanding of version control (Gitlab) and deploying automation increments across Dev/Test/Prod environments
Ensuring platform and server infrastructure is consistently up-to-date
High English proficiency
ability to document complex logic for both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to solve problem tickets or requirements with the end user
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player, willing to take over responsibilities and ownership, used to work independently
