Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinates and performs a range of activities throughout internal recruitment process and contributes to the positive candidate experience through all key touchpoints
  • Conducts initial candidate screening, shortlists potential candidates and interacts with potential candidates
  • Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs
  • Ensures consistent coordination and keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) compliant with data protection regulatory requirements
  • Meets defined key performance indicators
  • Provides stakeholders with market analysis via LI Talent insights (+ other insight and data tools) and educating stakeholders around market opportunity

Requirements:

  • Overall 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience with volume hiring & stakeholder management
  • Working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines
  • Knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Ability to perform a range of assignments related to discipline
  • Ability to use prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results
  • Ability to explain factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations
