Job Description:

The Senior Specialist in Infrastructure Modernization will lead modernization campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategies and delivering measurable outcomes. The role requires strong skills in network modernization, Salesforce reporting, and stakeholder management. Candidates should have a proven track record in managing complex campaigns and engaging clients effectively. This position offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the regional (multivendor) Modernisation campaign, including planning, execution, and reporting of all related activities
  • Ensure alignment with global GTM strategy and best practices
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and weekly reports to track campaign performance, pipeline health, and revenue targets
  • Provide actionable insights to management and country teams
  • Collaborate with country sales teams to identify modernization opportunities, drive accurate Salesforce tracking, and ensure campaign attribution for all relevant deals
  • Coordinate creation of TLMA Express reports and other pre-sales assets to deliver value-driven client engagements
  • Ensure sales plays are embedded into client conversations
  • Work closely with strategic partners (e.g., Cisco) to align sales plays, leverage enablement resources, and maximize joint go-to-market opportunities
  • Support enablement sessions for regional teams and contribute to global knowledge sharing to replicate successful approaches across other regions
