As Senior Specialist - HCP Campaign Operations within our GTMC Team, you’ll plan and execute market-driven campaigns, make data-driven business recommendations, and create insightful presentations. You'll optimize omnichannel strategies in SFMC, leveraging your knowledge of campaign automation and data segmentation to provide valuable recommendations.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute campaigns following market requirements & brief
Review and ensure Associate Specialist and Specialist perform campaign tagging as per standard taxonomy and campaigns are tested as per protocol prior to deployment
Guide Associate Specialist and Specialist for CRM/SFMC formatting
Make business recommendations based on the data findings, create presentations to highlight recommendations and tell the story
Enable market Omnichannel strategy through optimized campaign execution in SFMC
Execute campaigns relying on sophisticated data segmentation leveraging various set of channels within SFMC and beyond (Sanofi’s Omnichannel ecosystem)
Perform as a subject matter expert for available metrics in the campaign tools: To provide recommendations on metrics and campaign analytics setting (including data inflow requirements)
Drive campaign performance analysis
Sharing and collecting knowledge across teams to ensure a comprehensive cross-organizational overview
Proactively suggest improvement measures to the current process
Requirements:
Previous experience in campaign management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Stakeholder management, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team environment and strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities
