Arcesium is looking to hire a Senior Specialist/Manager for the Human Capital team based out of Hyderabad.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the implementation of our employee engagement strategy based on an understanding of the current culture of the company
  • Develop and manage firmwide and location-specific initiatives and activities spanning across themes like collaboration, wellbeing, belongingness, personal development, and relaxation
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to execute these initiatives seamlessly
  • Analyze data and create various reports that can be used to make effective decisions to improve the employee experience at our firm
  • Contribute to formulation and execution of diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Manage internal communication channels and support teams with content creation

Requirements

  • Graduate/post-graduate degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and develop relationships within and outside the team
  • Ability to think creatively and ideate solutions
