We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Employee Communications & Engagement to help strengthen connection, advocacy, and dialogue across Pandora’s global workforce. This role sits at the heart of how we communicate with our people - from our retail population to our senior leaders - and plays a key part in building a unified, inspired, and informed employee community. • Develop and execute internal campaigns across multiple formats, including posts, videos, events, and leadership communication tools
  • Manage core communication channels, including our monthly global newsletter, info screens, and support with Pandora Engage (our internal social platform)
  • Collate data and analytics from our channels to guide content development, optimise channel performance, and advise on best practices
  • Support major internal events such as quarterly financial results, global townhalls, Ask Me Anything sessions, and internal speaker events
  • Collaborate closely with teams across PR, Public Affairs, Branding, Sustainability, and HR to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Create engagement concepts tailored to our retail population to strengthen connection and advocacy across stores
  • Facilitate meaningful dialogue across the organisation through global and local events

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Communications or Business, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of complex organisational structures and the ability to translate strategy into clear, meaningful messaging
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Native or near‑native English proficiency
  • Proven ability to think both strategically and operationally, moving seamlessly from big‑picture planning to hands‑on execution
  • Demonstrated experience creating engaging content across multiple channels
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with communication materials and messaging
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Experience with data analysis to inform communication decisions
  • Experience with Poppulo or other email/content management systems

Nice to have:

  • A hands‑on, proactive, can‑do mindset
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Team‑oriented, collaborative, and results‑driven
  • Comfortable operating in an international, fast‑moving environment
What we offer:
  • Part of a global organisation with a strong purpose and a vibrant culture
  • Opportunity to shape how thousands of employees connect with our strategy, our leaders, and each other
  • Work in a beautiful Head Office in Copenhagen V with LEED Gold Certification for Energy and Environmental Design
