Job Description:
Assists with the acquisition, processing, integration, and cleaning of complex data from multiple sources, enhancing the organization's ability to make strategic decisions through improved data quality and accessibility. Handles complex datasets and scenarios with increased autonomy. Will use programming or software development tools/processes to further process, clean, and prepare datasets in a manner that requires advanced statistics, machine learning-based, or other methods (i.e,. taxonomies, spell correction, location normalization, anomaly detection, hypothesis testing, etc). Assists in building and refining complex data dashboards and reports, using a variety of tools to automate data collection and generate sophisticated reports. Contributes significantly to the development and efficiency of analytical processes, ensuring complex data insights are effectively presented to stakeholders. Performs complex data investigations and performs analysis, identifying trends and variances that support the organization’s strategic initiatives. Uses advanced statistics, machine learning-based, or other methods to support this work. This includes managing data mining, validation, and reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reports. Processes developed will be scalable to be used in a standardized manner for multiple uses. Contributes to the development of data science, and machine learning processing pipelines to ensure that data is continuously updated and maintained for use by stakeholders. Continuous monitoring and testing is performed to ensure proper functionality. Automation is expected to be performed for both the data pipeline development and validation. Cultivates internal relationships by facilitating the presentation of complex data insights and developing advanced visual aids such as charts and graphs, which illustrate business, operations, customer and economic performance trends and support decision-making processes. Continuously develops and shares knowledge of emerging trends and changes in data analytics, supporting and promoting change management and departmental initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility. Assists in the proactive identification of complex data-driven insights that can significantly improve customer experiences. Contributes to the development of data science, and machine learning processing pipelines to ensure that data is continuously updated and maintained for use by stakeholders. Continuous monitoring and testing is performed to ensure proper functionality. Performs automation both the data pipeline development as well as validation.
