Job Description

Circle K are hiring a Senior Specialist, Convenience Marketing to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives for our category & convenience products (Food, Coffee, Merch), ensuring seamless execution and impactful results for our retail stores. This is a full time, permanent role based in Circle K Support Office in Dublin 4. At Circle K, we work on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead marketing for Circle K’s category & convenience products, ensuring Circle K retail stores are ready to trade, in line with agreed commercial, marketing and brand goals
  • Liase with loyalty team to lead in the development of all Extra loyalty marketing collateral
  • Work and collaborate with the Marketing & Category Management team to direct, plan & implement the commercial and brand strategy for Circle K stores nationwide
  • Collaborate with the global brand team to ensure all marketing elements align with global direction
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand engagement with an on-time, consistent and clear approach to each project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies in Circle K stores
  • End to end management of Circle K annual promotional cycle – concept, briefing design requirement, print & delivery to all sites across the network
  • Management & creation of site execution best practice for onsite POS elements
  • Develop an annual marketing plan, ensuring consistency across campaigns
  • Manage ATL & BTL marketing plans with a structured, budget-conscious approach
  • Build strong relationships with category managers, store teams, and suppliers, becoming the lead and subject matter expert of your field
  • Analyse sales performance, customer insights, and campaign impact to always optimise strategies through a customer lens
  • Enhance in-store activations to improve customer experience and footfall, supporting sales and growth targets across the network

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in retail marketing or related fields
  • Strong project management and campaign execution skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage third-party suppliers
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
