Senior Specialist, Campus Recruiting (EMEA) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract. At Mastercard, Global Talent Acquisition spans Experienced Hiring, Executive Search, Campus Recruitment and Diversity Hiring. Our Campus Recruiting team plays a critical role in shaping the future of the organisation by attracting, engaging and hiring high-potential early career talent across Europe. This 12-month maternity cover will support the delivery and continuous evolution of our EMEA campus hiring strategy, ensuring strong university partnerships, diverse talent pipelines, and a best-in-class candidate experience. The Senior Specialist, Campus Recruiting (EMEA) is responsible for end-to-end execution of campus hiring across Europe, partnering closely with business stakeholders, HR, and global TA colleagues. This role requires strong project management capability, stakeholder influence, and operational rigour in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and execute the full lifecycle campus recruitment process across assigned European markets
  • Manage pipelines across internships, graduate programs, direct sourcing and referrals
  • Deliver hiring outcomes aligned to workforce plans and diversity objectives
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from attraction through offer
  • Deliver the local onboarding experience for our graduates in Hungary
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, career services, faculty, and student organisations
  • Represent Mastercard at campus events and external engagements to strengthen employer brand visibility
  • Identify and activate new partnership opportunities to broaden and diversify talent pipelines
  • Plan and coordinate the annual internship programme in partnership with the Global Campus team and local HR stakeholders
  • Ensure structured onboarding, engagement and conversion strategies to maximise return on early careers investment
  • Maintain accurate and compliant data capture across CRM and ATS platforms
  • Track hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve attraction channels, event ROI and conversion rates
  • Ensure adherence to regional compliance standards and global acquisition processes

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in campus recruitment, university relations or early careers hiring
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging at all organisational levels
  • Strong project management discipline with attention to detail and delivery accuracy
  • Ability to operate with pace, adaptability and discretion in a complex, global environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience working across multiple European markets
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting structured internship or graduate programmes
