We are looking for a skilled SharePoint professional with 2–3 years of experience in developing, customizing, and administering SharePoint Online/SharePoint Server environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 tools to support business needs. The role involves designing and developing SharePoint sites, customizing lists, libraries, workflows, and forms, and building SPFx web parts and extensions. You will be responsible for managing permissions, governance, and security while ensuring compliance and best practices. Additionally, the role includes creating Power Automate workflows, Power Apps solutions, and maintaining robust document management systems with metadata. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, perform migrations and integrations, and ensure optimal performance and reliability of SharePoint solutions.
Job Responsibility
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server solutions
Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and forms
Develop SPFx (SharePoint Framework) web parts and extensions
Manage permissions, security, and governance policies in SharePoint
Create and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power Apps forms
Configure and maintain document management systems and metadata
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Perform SharePoint migrations and integrations with other systems
Ensure best practices in performance, security, and compliance
Requirements
2–3 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online or On-Premise)
Strong knowledge of: SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
REST APIs / Microsoft Graph API
Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate
Power Apps
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Basic understanding of SharePoint administration and site management
Experience in creating workflows, forms, and dashboards
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Nice to have
Experience with Azure services
Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to React (for SPFx development)
Strong problem-solving abilities
