Senior Specialist, Acceleration Office APAC

• Own and lead strategic workstreams within transversal projects, from problem framing to delivery
• Translate business questions into clear hypotheses, analysis plans, and actionable recommendations
• Develop coherent storylines that connect insights to business impact and drive executive decision-making
• Partner with business units to measure, analyze, and improve operational efficiency
• Support implementation of initiatives, tracking progress and quantifying financial and operational impact
• Benchmark KPIs and processes across EDP business areas and against external best-in-class peers
• Prepare concise, high-quality deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and change adoption within the organization

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation
• Proven track record in problem structuring, analysis, and strategic storytelling
• Familiarity with the renewables or energy sector is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Solid understanding of business drivers and KPIs
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Highly collaborative mindset
• able to build relationships and influence without authority

Familiarity with the renewables or energy sector
