Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful Global Immigration Senior Specialist for the Human Capital group based out of Hyderabad, who would be responsible for the firm's Global Immigration needs, with primary focus on US, UK, Portugal, India and Rest of the World Immigration processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle the full lifecycle of immigration cases, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas, work permits, and extensions, for multiple countries or regions
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to immigration laws, regulations, and maintain compliance with special focus on US/UK/Portugal laws
  • Working closely with external vendors and liaising with immigration law firms
  • Effectively managing internal stakeholders and internal project teams across various functions/entities
  • Actively developing solutions/processes to make the Immigration process more effective and efficient

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience and a thorough understanding of immigration laws specially in the US, UK, Portugal, India regions
  • Good knowledge of MS office and ability to maintain data
  • Should have worked on Immigration systems and being involved in implementation of such systems will be an additional advantage
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, detail-oriented aptitude and strong organizational skills are also essential for this role

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Global travel processes will be an advantage
