The Senior Specialist – Marketing and Communications supports the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to achieve the council’s objectives. The role focuses on managing campaigns, creating content, and engaging stakeholders while aligning efforts with the strategic direction set by the Manager – Marketing and Communications.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with marketing and media agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns
Develop creative content for communication initiatives across traditional and digital platforms
Assist in planning and executing campaigns to highlight the achievements of Emirati professionals in the private sector
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement
Implement MarComms annual KPI’s reports
Contribute to the creation of newsletters and storytelling formats to engage stakeholders effectively
Plan and implement the internal communication activities and official occasions
Perform any other job duties or activities assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
Experience in marketing, public relations, mass communication or relevant discipline
Years of experience for Bachelors holder: 6+ years
