Job Description

The Senior Specialist BI & Business Performance Analysis is responsible for delivering end-to-end business performance analysis and actionable insights to support Commercial and Regional decision-making. The position ensures data integrity, performance visibility, and insight-driven recommendations, enabling revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution across the Business.

Job Responsibility

  • Track and analyze commercial KPIs including revenue, Product Performances, customer base, usage, acquisition, churn, and offer performance
  • Produce and automate hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly commercial performance reports and dashboards for management review
  • Conduct performance deep dives to explain variances Days to Days, MTD , MoM, YoY and YTD Across all service, region, town…
  • Analyze products, offers, promotions, and pricing performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and early-view performance tracking in collaboration with Finance
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
  • Work closely with Product, CVM, Sales, Marketing, NW teams to align performance analysis with business objectives
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Strong experience in business performance analysis, BI reporting, and insight generation
  • Solid understanding of commercial and regional KPIs , and support Regional Hoc with performances insight across all services button down at site level
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, executive-ready insights
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Network, Strategy)
  • High analytical rigor with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools (data warehouse exposure preferred)
  • Understanding of commercial performance management and reporting processes

Nice to have

Experience in telecommunications or a similar data-intensive environment is an advantage
