Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the production kitchen and wider operations
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality food for large-scale production and events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef within a high-volume, event, or production-led kitchen
  • Ready to step into a bigger leadership role and grow into a Head Chef position
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Passionate about food, quality ingredients, and premium products
  • A confident and supportive leader who enjoys developing people
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
