Senior Sous Chef

• Working with the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for the running of the kitchen in our events venue - The Little Fox, where we hold weddings, functions, events and meetings
• Driving the food culture

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at Senior sous, kitchen manager or banqueting Head Chef level is essential
