Boston's number one catering company is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to help lead its catering operations while assisting leadership oversee and executing next-level events.
Job Responsibility:
Support the executive chef, the executive sous chef, and the leadership team in the flawless execution of high-end catering food production
Assure of exceptional quality, taste, and the presentation of all menu items
Provide accountability to the team and make sure the standards are met
Lead, mentor, and help develop a large team of professional culinarians
Requirements:
Training or a degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, and/or high-end catering
