Job Responsibility

  • Accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill
  • Demonstrates strong culinary expertise by actively participating in food preparation while leading and motivating the kitchen team
  • Manages all food-related functions with a focus on delivering consistently high-quality products
  • Continuously drives improvements in guest satisfaction and employee engagement while adhering to operating budget requirements
  • Oversees all kitchen areas to ensure operational excellence, strict compliance with sanitation and food safety standards, and the ongoing development and performance management of all team members, including direct reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
