Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiters to join our team supporting the MSP account of a multinational health technology company. Recruiting predominantly for professionals in the tech space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the sourcing process for vacancies, primarily tech
  • Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners
  • Source top talent across EMEA
  • Provide a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous end to end experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment
  • Experienced sourcing passive profiles preferred
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience
  • Being proactive, autonomous
  • Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sourcing skills
