Requirements

German language is a must-have (at least C1)
Preferably having studied or lived at least 6 months in the DACH region
Previous experience in the recruitment industry (open to Sales or Customer Service as well)
Pharmaceutical recruitment experience is a plus, but not a must-have
Be ready to step into the spotlight and act as an advisor during recruitment meetings
Experience in Workday, Linkedin Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Talent Insights is a plus

Job Responsibility
