We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiters to join our team supporting the MSP account of a multinational health technology company. Recruiting predominantly for professionals in the tech space. Location: Working hybrid in Eindhoven. What you will do: You will manage the sourcing process for our vacancies, primarily tech. Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners. Source top tech talent across EMEA. Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements. What we would like you to have: Previous end to end experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment. Experienced sourcing passive profiles preferred. Fluent in English and Dutch. Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience. Being proactive, autonomous. Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong sourcing skills. What can you expect in return?
