We are looking for French speaking Sourcing Recruiters to join our RPO solution with ING. Location: Working remotely from Poland or in hybrid mode from Budapest. Start date: asap. You will manage the sourcing process for various vacancies. Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners. Source top talent across EMEA. Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements. Previous experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment. Experienced sourcing passive profiles. Fluent in French and English. Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience. Being proactive, autonomous.
