As a Sr. Sourcing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how T-Mobile manages all elements of our supply chain, this could be forward and reverse logistics, with 3PL/4PL partnerships, handset repair/refurbishment, transportation, and value-added services that keep millions of devices moving seamlessly across our network. The Sr Sourcing Manager contributes focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. Serves as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers in the Network and Device Supply Chain procurement group. Interfaces with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and at suppliers. Serves as a source of best practices to be implemented by more junior team members.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute category strategies across various supply chain categories such as logistics, repair/refurbishment, and value-added fulfillment to optimize cost, service, and resilience
Lead complex contract negotiations and supplier relationships that drive accountability and innovation
Manage end-to-end sourcing programs with strong governance, timelines, and performance metrics
Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to influence decisions and align sourcing strategies to business goals
Monitor supply market trends, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience required
7–10 years of strategic sourcing or supply chain experience, ideally within 3pl management, distribution, or repair/refurbishment
7-10 years - Extensive experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company
