The Senior Manager, Sourcing – Talent Acquisition will lead and elevate our sourcing function, guiding a high-performing team of sourcing managers and talent sourcers to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for creating and executing bold, forward-thinking sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best talent, particularly for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Sourcing Managers and Talent Sourcers
own and drive the execution of end-to-end sourcing strategies
build strong relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams of sourcing managers and talent sourcers
proven success in building and scaling high-performing sourcing teams
strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage talent analytics
stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D
ability to mentor and coach TA teams
