We are looking for the industry’s best Senior Sommeliers to join the team and deliver a best-in-class wine experience. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep and maintenance of the wine cellar.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as Sommelier in a premium restaurant
  • Passion for the wine industry
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world

  • Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous
  • Must be up-to-date with industry trends
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Proven ability in building effective relationships
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Availability across a rotating roster
  • WSET certification or similar (highly regarded)
  • RSA certificate
