Job Responsibility:
Engage customers from technical teams to C-level to uncover needs, strategize solutions, and connect use cases to AtScale capabilities for clear business impact
Drive the technical sales cycle from discovery to post-sales, ensuring executive and technical alignment across accounts
Create excitement through high-impact presentations, demos, and workshops
Drive impactful PoCs from start to finish: set up, create semantic models, and validate outcomes generative AI, Agents or BI Tools
Give the customer teams the tools they need to get to expert level in AtScale
Use the field feedback to steer product development and ensure successful customers
Stay current on the competitive landscape and emerging tech to ensure superior technical positioning and differentiated value
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in pre-sales / solutions engineering roles within the AI/BI space
Highly dependable, energetic team player with a positive attitude and strong organization and time-management skills
Solid hands-on knowledge of SQL, database fundamentals, cloud data warehouses, Kubernetes, Data Modelling, Generative AI and Agentic AI
Experience with one or more of Database: Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, Redshift, Synaps
BI and Analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SAP BusinessObjects, Microstrategy, Looker, Jupyter
