Job Description:

The Senior Solutions Engineer serves as a Deals Copilot, functioning as both a Solution Consultant and a Trusted Advisor to potential clients. In this role you will collaborate with the sales team to understand and interpret customer needs, then translate these technical and business requirements into credible solution demonstrations that showcase tangible business value. As a senior team member, you will mentor other team members, experiment with new strategies, and innovate ways to boost Average Contract Value, accelerate Sales Cycle Velocity, and improve the overall Win-Rate.

RFP/RFI Response Preparation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner Relationship Building
Technical Solution Design and PoC Management

Requirements:

Experience in presales/technical sales in a B2B SaaS or IT services company
Fluency in German and English
In-depth understanding of sales principles
Advanced problem-solving skills
Proven experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues
Active listening skills
Ability to identify and address underlying issues driving objections

Nice to have:

Experience in e-commerce, content management or master data management
