Senior Solutions Engineer

• Lead implementation discovery sessions to understand client needs, existing workflows, and goals
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover critical details about the client’s engineering processes, branching strategies, deployment workflows, and tooling
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing guidance on best practices for deployment workflows and analytics integrations
• Design and propose tailored solutions to integrate the company’s APIs with client workflows
• Provide hands-on assistance with technical integrations
• Develop scripts or tools as needed to support client implementations
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align client needs with product capabilities
• Share feedback from clients to help inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities

• Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails preferred) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
• Experience with version control systems like Git and the GitHub CLI
• Familiarity with SQL
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows and branching strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading client discussions
• Ability to understand complex workflows and recommend solutions
• Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and deliver resources promptly
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as implementations, professional services, or solutions engineering
• Experience working with engineering teams and tools like Tableau, GitHub, or similar developer ecosystems
