Atlassian is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for our Enterprise business, passionate about solving business problems with our products and helping close deals. The role includes partnering with sales teams, understanding customer needs, and showcasing Atlassian’s solutions. Job Responsibility:
Partner with direct sales, partners and account teams on customer management
participate in discovery to understand customer needs
identify additional expansion opportunities
assess client pain points and provide solutions
lead product demonstrations
guide customer technical needs during sales
collaborate with account executives to improve the sales cycle
document product feedback and competitive intelligence for internal use
continuously learn and refine pre-sales and product knowledge.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity
excellent communication skills
strong presentation skills to multi-level audiences
customer-centric mindset
proven track record in building executive relationships
creative problem solver
ability to interpret complex business problems into solutions
ability to collaborate with prospects, partners, and internal teams
comfortable in both business and technical contexts
