Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES/MIS Solution Delivery Specialist with a background in chemical engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Management Information Systems (MIS) in the chemical industry. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the implementation of MES/MIS projects from initiation to completion
  • Design and develop system solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency and information management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Project goals and objectives
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • Leverage chemical engineering knowledge to understand and analyze manufacturing processes
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and quality
  • interpret process data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MES/MIS systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
  • Analyze data to provide insights into manufacturing performance and process optimization
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within MES/MIS systems
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on MES/MIS functionalities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Provide user support and guidance to ensure effective system utilization
  • Manage project timelines
  • Coordinate with business users, Client SPOC’s and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones and deliverables

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years experience
  • B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
