Job Responsibility:
Full-Lifecycle Strategic Partnership: Act as the dedicated technical lead for a select group of customers, driving value across the entire lifecycle, from initial discovery and "the win" to long-term adoption and maturity
Master the Pre-Sales Cycle: Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to lead technical discovery, architect bespoke solutions, and deliver high-impact Proof of Value (PoV) workshops that prove the ROI of Observability
Drive Post-Sales Outcomes: Stay deeply embedded with your customers after the sale, acting as a strategic consultant to ensure New Relic is fully integrated into their SRE and DevOps workflows and delivering on promised business outcomes
Commercial DNA: Identify expansion opportunities within your strategic accounts, using your technical insight to build business justifications that resonate with senior stakeholders
Product Advocacy: Use your frontline experience with Central Europe's largest enterprises to influence the New Relic global product roadmap, ensuring we continue to lead the market in Observability innovation
Requirements:
Native-level fluency in German and professional English, with the ability to lead consultative discussions with both C-suite executives and deep-level engineers
Full-Spectrum Technical Exposure: Proven experience in both pre-sales (qualification, demos, PoCs) and post-sales (consulting, implementation, or technical account management) environments
Cloud-Native Expertise: Deep familiarity with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes and microservices
Observability & SRE Insight: A strong understanding of how modern engineering teams use data to improve reliability and performance
Technical Curiosity: A proactive desire to keep learning and a "problem-solver" mindset that thrives on the technical challenges of the DACH region's largest companies
Nice to have:
Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, or competitive observability tools
Background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android)
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
