Job Description:

This role requires an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant with a strong foundation in solution consulting, specifically with ServiceNow and enterprise software. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience in solution consulting or sales engineering, is proficient in English and Arabic, and has a successful track record in customer engagement across the GCC region. A deep understanding of ServiceNow, including hands-on configuration and presentation skills, is essential to drive business growth and build trusted relationships. Strong communication, consultative selling, and industry expertise are crucial to success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and lead consultative interactions, aligning business objectives with solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Conduct industry-aligned, ServiceNow-focused discussions, educational sessions, and workshops
  • Drive the presales process, distilling gathered information to develop demo scripts
  • Support the creation of high-level proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs
  • Collaborate with Sales to nurture, grow, and sustain customer accounts
  • Provide ServiceNow technical support throughout the presales and sales cycle
  • Assist in developing Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients scope challenges and identify ServiceNow-based solutions
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, limitations, and industry best practices
  • Keep abreast of industry developments
  • Build credibility through expertise in the Sales Enablement space
  • Qualify and support the closing of sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in solution consulting or sales engineering, with experience across multiple ServiceNow solution domains
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in networking with customers, orchestrating extended sales teams, and influencing stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate at various levels within customer accounts
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ServiceNow Sales Certifications
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience
